Nauta Selected by the World Economic Forum for the AI Innovation for Resilient Supply Chains Cohort
Announced at the Sustainable Development Impact Meetings 2026 in New York, and featured as a case study in the Forum’s new report on AI-enabled supply chain resilience.
NEW YORK, Sept. 29, 2026. Nauta, the operational brain powering AI agents for supply chains, has been selected by the World Economic Forum’s UpLink as one of the winning ventures of the AI Innovation for Resilient Supply Chains challenge. The cohort was presented at the Forum’s Sustainable Development Impact Meetings 2026 in New York.
Nauta joins a cohort of nine ventures from four continents: Baskit (Jakarta), Dalinea (Pittsburgh), DeltaX (Santa Cruz), Earthena AI (London), Leta (Nairobi), Muir AI (Seattle), Resourcly, Veridion (Bucharest) and Nauta (New York).
The challenge was led by UpLink and Accenture, in collaboration with the World Economic Forum’s Next Frontiers of Operations Initiative. It set out to explore how AI could enable new supply chain architectures by rethinking network design, sourcing and coordination while embedding resilience, sustainability, inclusion and trust by design. Winners gain access to a global network of corporates, investors and policymakers to support deployment and scale.
Nauta is also featured as a case study in the Forum’s new insight report, The Role of Start-Ups in AI-Enabled Supply Chain Resilience (September 2026, in collaboration with Accenture). The report describes Nauta as the operational brain for supply chains: one layer that unifies fragmented data from ERPs, WMS, TMS, portals and carrier feeds into a single source of truth, with an autonomous AI workforce running on top. Among the outcomes it cites: an 80% reduction in detention and demurrage costs, 75% of coordination tasks automated, and exceptions resolved 60% faster.
“Anyone can buy an agent. None of them know how you run. What the Forum recognized is the brain underneath: the operational context of a company, captured and kept current, so agents can act on it with the judgment of your best people. That is what makes supply chains resilient, and it is what we build every day with our customers.”
Valentina Jordan, CEO and Co-Founder of Nauta
Nauta captures the context, knowledge and experience of how a company actually works and keeps learning with every task. On that brain, more than twenty named agents watch every container against its free time, match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, catch stockouts days before they happen, and chase suppliers for confirmations, ETAs and documents. Agents act. Humans decide.
The company works with distributors, importers, manufacturers and retailers across food and beverage, retail, consumer goods and industrial products, with customers representing more than $50 billion in combined annual sales.
